Karen Coyle at Harvard

The meeting described below takes place in a public auditorium with lots of space.

On Monday, June 11th, there will be an open presentation for the Harvard library community on a Framework for a Bibliographic Future. Our guest will be Karen Coyle, co-author of the recently published "Resource Description and Access (RDA); Cataloging Rules for the 20th Century," available at http://dlib.org/dlib/january07/coyle/01coyle.html.

The meeting will be held from 3:30 to 5pm, in Science Center Hall D.

Currently a consultant in the area of digital libraries, Coyle worked for over 20 years at the University of California in the California Digital Library and is a recognized expert in metadata and information retrieval.
