The LISSA Boston Vs LISSA West Bowl-Off was a success! Thank you to everyone who braved the downpour and got their bowl'on with their fellow librarians.

FACULTY/STAFF HOLIDAY CRAFT SALE

The LISSA-sponsored faculty/staff Holiday Craft Sale will be on Tuesday, November 27 in the Kotzen Room from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. All items are handcrafted or home-baked by Simmons College faculty and staff members. 15% of the proceeds goes to support LISSA, the Library and Information Science Student Association at GSLIS.

From GSLIS and Beatley faculty/staff, so far this year's crafters include: Maggie Bush, Claire Goodwin (retired Simmons College Archivist), Em Claire Knowles, Judy Narosny, Jody Walker, and Linda Watkins. Also participating will be Barbara Sawtelle, Professor in Economics, and Valerie Beaudrault, Grant and Sponsored Programs Administrator.

The Beatley Library Presents : Your Life at the Library

The Foodie

Meg Ragland, Access Services Librarian, food researcher, and chef, presents food and cooking resources just in time for the holiday season.

This hands-on workshop series is created to help patrons explore the Library and Web resources beyond the classroom. Everyone is welcome!
