Underneath this text is written "John R. Sawyer, Captain." Below this text is a shield insignia, with a knight's head on top. Around the shield is a banner, reading, "EEn DRAGHT MACKT MAGHT." The date is written at the bottom of this card. Inside this dance card, on the left page, the evening song list is written. On the opposite page is alternating list of "Deux Temps" and "Waltz," with spaces underneath presumably to for sign-up. There are twelve spaces in all. This dance card measures 12 cm tall and 10 cm wide.
