Description: This is an application for a student's ticket at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. It is printed on white paper with black ink. The application has three lines to be filled out: Name, Address, and Date. "Olive Ruby" is handwritten on the line beside Name; "Simmons College" is stamped on the line next to address; and "Nov. 27, 1912" is handwritten in the space provided for the date. A small circular hole has been punched in the bottom-center of the card. The application is approximately 13 cm wide by 8 cm tall.
