This is an official score card for the Harvard University vs. Brown University football game at Soldiers Field, dated October 28, 1911. The inside lists the starting players for each team, team rosters, the officials, and scores. The final score was 20 to 6, Harvard. The card measures 14 cm wide by 22 cm tall when folded.

This is a tan score card. Printed on the top half of the front of the card is "Official Scorecard" and "Irwin Score Board". Underneath this text is a black image of two football players running toward each other. Written below this image, on the bottom half of the score card is "First Corps Cadets vs Battery 'A, F.A.". Written smaller under this text is "Seventh Annual" and then "Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov.30, 1911". Written at the very bottom of the card is "Soldiers Field." This score card is approximately 14 cm wide and 22 cm tall.
