			Academic record of Olive Ruby and Program, Shubert Theatre (cover only) Clipped together in an area approximately 20 cm tall and 14 cm wide are: 1) A white paper folded in half containing the academic record for Olive C. Ruby for the academic period ending Feb. 1, 1912. This paper is printed in blue ink with a Simmons College header, a categorical list of subjects with corresponding grades either "passed" or "in low standing" followed by a handwritten tally of cumulative points earned and signed at the bottom by Marjorie Burbank, Recorder. 2) A three-page cover and back of a program for the Shubert Theatre. The first page has a portrait of a lady with arms raised at the center, surrounded by an ornamental margin scroll of flowers, vines, and leaves and the words "Sam. S. Schubert Theatre, Boston." There is a handwritten note at the top: "Feb 15-Went with Lloyd Marks/Dinner at Crossby's." Second page is a full page advertisement for Lewando's cleaning company. Third page is a floor plan diagram of the Shubert Theatre.
			Academic record of Olive Ruby, Simmons College, 1912 (with envelope) This is an envelope which contains a letter printed on white paper with black ink. On the back of the envelope the word "Marks" has been written in pencil. The letter, dated February 3, 1912, is typed on one side of one page, and concerns the academic record of Olive C. Ruby at Simmons College. The envelope is approximately 17 cm wide by 10 cm tall. The letter is approximately 14 cm wide by 21 cm tall.
			Academic record of Olive Ruby, Simmons College, February 1, 1913 White paper folded in thirds containing the academic record for Olive C. Ruby in the academic period ending Feb. 1, 1913. This paper is printed in blue ink with a Simmons College header, a categorical list of subjects with corresponding grades hand written in: "P" presumably for "passed", a printed and handwritten tally of points earned, signed at the bottom by Marjorie Burbank, Recorder. As it appears on the page folded up, the dimensions are approximately 15 cm wide and 8 cm tall.
			Appointment Card, Office of the Registrar, 1911 An appointment card from the Office of the Registrar at Simmons College. It is a blue card with a Simmons College heading. It reads: The Registrar wishes to see Miss Ruby at the earliest opportunity. It also says "Office of the Registrar" in the lower left-hand corner. Ruby and the date are both handwritten on the card. The card is approximately 13 cm wide by 8 cm tall.
			Card, stating Olive Ruby's advisor for 1911-1912 This is a form, printed on white cardstock, stating that Miss Olive C. Ruby's academic advisor for the year 1911-1912 is Alice F. Blood, located in room 205. The names "Olive C. Ruby" and "Alice F. Blood," and the room number, are handwritten on the printed card. The form is approximately 8 cm tall and 10 cm wide.
			Certificate for a neat desk A blue card with a hole in the bottom for sorting in a drawer. The preprinted certificate card has O.C. Ruby written in to indicate that she has kept her desk in satisfactory order. The card was issued December 3, 1912. The certificate is approximately 9 cm tall and 14 cm wide.

			Dance card with pencil, Simmons College This is a dance card with the Simmons seal on it and a blue pencil connected by string. The dance card is approximately 7 cm wide and 13 cm tall.
			Invitation, to Olive Ruby from President of Simmons College (with envelope) An invitation with envelope from the President of Simmons College. It reads: The President of Simmons College requests the pleasure of the company of Miss Ruby at South Hall, 321 Brookline Avenue on Friday, March the eighth at nine o'clock. It also says "Dancing" in the bottom left-hand corner. Miss Ruby is handwritten on the invitation. It measures 13 cm wide by 9 cm high.

			Program and menu, Simmons College sophomore luncheon A program and menu for the 1913 Sophomore Luncheon, this program is printed on marbled paper in green ink. The program includes addresses from Household Economics, the Library School, the Simmons Athletic Association, School of Science, the Secretarial School, and president of the Class of 1915, Anita Allen. The program is approximately 14 cm tall and 11 cm wide.

			"Simmons College Gymnasium Record of Physical Measurements" for Olive Ruby A record of physical measurements, including height, weight, chest girth, lung capacity, and strength, for Olive Ruby. The handwritten measurements are filled in on a form labelled "Simmons College Gymnasium." The form is approximately 8 cm wide and 14 cm tall.
			Simmons College tenth anniversary service This is a program printed on tan paper in black ink. Printed on the top half of the cover is the title "SIMMONS COLLEGE, Tenth Anniversary Service, Wednesday, October Thirtieth, 1912". The Simmons College seal appears in the center of the page. The bottom half of the page is the lyrics to the Simmons Alma Mater hymn. The inside pages contain the program for the remainder of the service including lyrics to the hymns. The cover is approximately 19 cm wide by 28 cm tall.
			Simmons College "Wanted: a mile of pennies" penny holder This is a long strip of paper printed with blue and red inks that bears the words, "Wanted: A Mile of Pennies (in blue ink), Simmons College, Boston, Mass. (in red ink)." The middle of the strip of paper is occupied by a blue ruler with a series of penny-sized holes along its length. It is approximately 6 cm wide by 31 cm tall.
			Student Guild, Simmons College, Handbook, 1911-1912 This item is a handbook describing the rules of order for the Simmons College Student Guild, for the year 1911-1912. It is a thirty-page booklet with a blue cover. The title is printed in gilt lettering. The handbook is approximately 8 cm wide and 12 cm tall.
			Tag, "Simmons Miss Ruby" A tag bearing the handwritten inscription, "Simmons Miss Ruby." A light-pink thread is strung through a hole punched in the tag. The tag is approximately 6 cm wide and 3 cm tall.
