The boy, dressed in overalls, is noticeably shorter than the girl, and has an apple sticking out of his pocket; he is pointing his finger into the face of the girl. The girl, sporting a red dress and a red bow in her hair, has her hands behind her back and is looking downward at the boy. The poem, printed in green ink, is at the bottom of the page, and is titled, "When I get you alone to-night!" A copyright statement, "Published and Copyrighted by Leo. Feist, Inc., N.Y.," is below the poem. The item is approximately 9 cm wide by 15 cm tall.
