- Find a location (bar with food)
- Pick a date
- Publicize
- Collect RSVPs (can use YARR!, the GSLIS Signup System)
- Make a reservation
- Super cool other things:
- scare up raffle (or trivia game) prizes (gift cards, weeded books, conference swag, etc)
