Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup peanutbutter
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups flour

Beat butter. Add brown sugar, sugar and beat til creamy. Beat in egg, peanutbutter, and vanilla. Sift in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Place balls of dough on greased cookie sheet. Criss-cross fork over the tops of the balls, flattening them a little. Sprinkle sugar on topof each cookie. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Very tasty warm, but don't burn your mouth!
