Newcomer to Simmons and to Boston, and really enjoying both so far! I come from the NY area where most of my (very large) family lives. Here are some of my favorite things to do:

travel...anywhere
take pictures
paint (mostly with oils)
listen to Jack Johnson
reread my favorite books
go for afternoon tea!

Freedom Trail

I'm having fun getting to know Boston. Photography is sort of a hobby of mine, so I'm showing off a couple of my favorite pics from recent sightseeing. The graveyard here is the Granary Burial Ground...it was a gorgeous day and the light was just right. If you enlarge the one of the two tombstones you'll be able to read a neat inscription. By the way, Elisha Brown is one of my ancestors...just kidding...But seriously, here is an interesting page about the iconography of the gravestones.
