Picking Apples at the Nashoba Valley Winery
My name is Erin and I am currently taking my first class in the GSLIS program at Simmons College. I moved to Boston 3 years ago after having lived in Maine my entire life. I love to cook and try to make an actual meal for dinner most nights of the week, but sometimes I give up and just pop one of those Trader Joe's pizzas in the oven. As the story goes on the box, they're hand tossed in Italy. I find that strangely comforting, like maybe it's ok to eat junk food for dinner just as long as it's imported. Either way, surprisingly enough they really are delicious and a total bargain.

In addition to my love of all things culinary I'm also completely addicted to reading my RSS feeds on Google Reader. Google Reader is a blessing and a curse since you are able to quickly peruse all of the sites you love and know instantly when they're updated, but because of this I tend to add way too many subscriptions. Currently I subscribe to 156 feeds. I probably need an RSS intervention.
