About Me
I am originally from the great State of Maine. I currently work in the Technical Services
Department at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. Some would say that I started
my career here since I was a work study student in the library while I did my undergraduate
work. When I graduated, the only real experience I had was working in a library and so I got a
position in the Interlibrary Loan (first and only really library love) at the University of Southern Maine in Portland, ME. I was bitten by the librarian bug while I worked at USM so it just made sense that the next step was to get an MLIS. I moved back to CT for a change of pace
and thankfully got into the MLIS program at Simmons. I am excited and ready to get started on my graduate degree.
