A little bit about myself
This is my first semester attending Simmons College. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1982, over 25 years ago. In that time I moved to Boston to study painting at the Museum School. I met my husband there, got married and had two boys. My first job working in a library was at the Museum School. Since then, I have continued working in libraries and I am presently employed at the Melrose Public Library.

Some of the things that I enjoy doing when I have some free time are:
- reading
- kayaking and canoeing
- running
- spending time outdoors with the family
