Final preparations for Janice Lachance's visit to Simmons: Hee Jung to print and hang flyers, Alison to buy gift for Ms. Lachance and order catering.

Brainstorming session for fall events/speakers resulted in an interest especially in Art, Law, and Music libraries. MR will look into a possible tour at the Schlessenger.

The idea of a tour followed by an informal dutch treat dinner raised.

ST to set up a Google Group for SLA.

Decided to reconvene first or second week of August to go plan our presence at Orientation.
