Alumni Day Spring 2009 - "Libraries and the Inspiration Business: How Can We Make a Difference in the Lives of our Patrons"

On April 17, 2009 Simmons GSLIS hosted its Alumni Day, featuring a special afternoon program honoring the life of Professor Allen Smith. The program included a lecture on the future of reference by Brian Mathews, the user experience librarian at Georgia Tech. His talk was titled, “Libraries and the Inspiration Business: How Can We Make a Difference in the Lives of our Patrons.”
