FLO Mini-Conference - The Importance of Assessment

On June 9th, 2009, Fenway Libraries Online held their first annual mini-conference at Simmons College in Boston. Peter Hernon, a full-time professor in GSLIS, gave the opening keynote address. He teaches in the areas of government information, public policy, evaluation of library services, research methods, and academic libraries.
