2009 MSLA Conference - Advocacy, Urban Setting, and You

On March 28th, 2009 the Massachusetts School Library Association held their annual conference at Simmons College in Boston. Doc Roth and Karin Kell-Deyo spoke during the last session of the day about advocacy in school librarianship. Doc Roth is director of The English High School Library, chair of the AASL Legislation Committee, chair of the MSLA Constitution and Policy Committee, as well as the MSLA National Legislation Liaison, among other things. Karin Kell-Deyo is Boston Public Schools Library Director.
