Real-World Evaluation Research and Practice: Evaluation of Information Services

Kathryn Hammond Baker is Deputy Director of the Center for the History of Medicine at Harvard University’s Countway Library. On Monday, September 24, 2007, she spoke at Simmons College the evaluation of photo digitization and records training programs in an academic archive. Baker’s talk was part of ‘Real-World Evaluation Research and Practice,’ a special event convened by Simmons College professor Rong Tang as part of her fall 2007 “Evaluation of Information Services” course.
