Real-World Evaluation Research and Practice: Library Needs Assessment at the Statewide Level

Robert C. Maier is the Director of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. On Monday, September 24, 2007, he spoke at Simmons College about the process of evaluating statewide library issues and developing programing to meet identified needs. Maier’s talk was part of ‘Real-World Evaluation Research and Practice,’ a special event convened by Simmons College professor Rong Tang as part of her fall 2007 “Evaluation of Information Services” course.
