NEA Conference - Working with First Responders and Emergency Managers

On November 14th, 2008 Sara Wolf gave the opening plenary for the New England Archivists Fall Meeting. She is the Director of the Northeast Museum Services Center of the National Park Service and has worked in emergency response management since she was a first responder to hurricane Isabel in 2003. She has since formed a Cultural Resources Emergency Response Team in the National Park Service and worked as the first cultural resources specialist to be included as part of a Type I, National Incident Management Team for response to Katrina.
