NEA Conference - Why Does It Cost So Much? Decisions and Choices in Managing Preservation

On November 15th, 2008 Amy Friedlander from the Council on Library and Information Resources presented her findings on issues related to managing preservation of resources to the New England Archivists Fall Meeting hosted at Simmons College. She discussed long term sustainability of digital materials, but also commented on how many decisions also concern institutional mission, priorities and decisions about resources and collections. And now Amy Friedlander on “Why Does It Cost So Much? Decisions and Choices in Managing Preservation.”
