• Advanced search +/- buttons are broken (breaks also some of the browse features)
• Cannot edit browse.php file
• Map won't show up
• Daisy logo won't show up
• Citation is not fixed
• Image uploading is not done
  • Amy is done with her images and metadata
• Help with content upload/okapi stuff
  • Okapi isn't working
• Make subject and possibly type lists into 2 columns
• Link items to the map
  • About 50% done
• Change citation to "credit"
• image mapping
• Does not contain in advanced search is broken (Robin or Amy)

1. Bring up tiff issue with class
   1. Tiffs seem too large, do we want to have them downloadable at all? Are there copyright issues?
2. Browse by functionality for subject, object type, creator
   1. Browsing plug-in for earlier Omeka version?
3. General fixing of the search form (how to narrow down the field choices, etc)
   1. Search form is in /application/views/scripts/items/advanced-search.php
4. Subjects/object/creators field link for common subjects
   1. For example, if three items have the object type dance cards, you should be able to click on "dance cards" in one item and pull up all items with "dance cards" in object type field.
5. Need to fix page links
   1. Htaccess? PHP?
6. Full Page Images with page turning and image mapping
   1. Amy needs to investigate this more
   2. Discussed this a bit with Sally on Web Team and we were thinking that both teams can work together on this
   3. Proposed Solution - Modifying the exhibit layouts to make a better page flipping feature
7. Scanned images (per Jenn) are very large; tiffs do not upload at all
   1. Do we resize? Do we need the tiffs?
   2. Create link to tiffs?
8. Zoomify feature is pretty, but do we need it?

2. Currently cleaning db of test items and collections
   1. Jenn's items are being added today
3. Need to keep track of code changes
   1. Add code change for suppressing metadata to list
4. Robin added preservation metadata
5. Hiding empty metadata fields
   1. Amy is going to look for this - I found the php code but need to test it - works, but newest version of Omeka takes care of this
   2. Inside the current theme folder under items/show.php (why is it in the theme??)

1. Check out various plugins (CoolIris, the Geotagging plugin, themes)
   1. Robin installed several of these
2. John is working on getting ImageMagick up so that thumbnails are done automatically
   1. Done!
3. Are digitization instructions clear enough from our point of view?
   1. Digitization instructions are published

• Get a dedicated space on server for image uploads
  • Done. There is a folder on the public drive of mcbfs1. Instructions will be provided.
