Here is a PDF of what I am going to say. This is based on Rachel's PowerPoint presentation, created for those who could not attend our festive event. I took some of her slides and added a few of my own in. Have a look and you will see the brief descriptions of the committee work. I will not read the descriptions, I will just call on the committee to say a few sentences' worth of stuff about what they did. Each committee should pick its speaker, who will identfiy him or herself when I call on the committee.
