LISSA Officers Meeting 4/18/08

Present: Cheryl Kohen, Sean Thibodeau, Kim Giedd, Christina Gillen, Adrian Mitescu and Barbara Raab

LISSA elections

  • Everyone should encourage people to run for the open LISSA positions.
  • All officers should email Cheryl a description of their job responsibilities
  • If the positions are contested, we will do an election using Surveymonkey.

LISSA Open Meetings

  • Open meetings will be held on Monday April 28th at 5:30 and Tuesday April 29th at 12:30.
  • Barbara will contact Ann to see if she can make flyers announcing the meetings.

Treasurer's Report

Kim reported that there is money left to adequately cover the end of semester party. Barbara will be placing a lounge supply order and will spend around $100.

End of Semester Party

  • The end of semester party will be held at the Squealing Pig on May 6th.
